Androscoggin commissioners to debate anti-masking resolution via Zoom on Wednesday
On the agenda is a resolution offered by Isaiah Lary that calls the executive orders issued by Gov. Janet Mills unconstitutional and calls for the county to not enforce the mask mandate.
