Cony freshman Emily Kennard heads toward one of her two individual victories at the Class A state meet, this one in the 100-yard backstroke. Kennard finished in 50.94 seconds.

Jillian James of Falmouth twists through a back dive with one somersault and one twist at the Class A championship. James won the diving competition with a score of 414.70.
