Hope Island is an 86-acre island with protected anchorage, sand beaches and 11,050 feet of water frontage, a 25-minute boat ride from Portland.
The island has a main house, two guest houses, barns, a tavern and a chapel.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, each in a separate wing, with its own bedroom and full and half-baths. However, the island also has two guest houses, one with 6 bedrooms and one with three bedrooms.
Hope Island has a barn with 9 stalls and water service, and another 5,100 spare-foot barn with hayloft, feed room harness room and 10 stalls. It also has multiple staff and caretaker apartments, a deep water dock, barge ramp and ancillary buildings.
