A large tree crashed into the side of an apartment in River Valley Village in Lewiston Monday night during a severe storm. A young child escaped serious injury when debris crashed into the crib they were sleeping in according to a Lewiston police officer on the scene but was being evaluated by an Auburn Rescue unit on scene.
