The men stormed the home Sunday and were looking for another man when they were confronted by the homeowner, who was struck in the face with the stock of a rifle, according to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office.

State agency ‘dismayed’ that plans moving forward to discontinue water service to Moscow
The Office of the Public Advocate in a letter this week to the state Public Utilities Commission expressed concern that the PUC is allowing the Bingham Water District to stop water service next week to people in Moscow because of a dispute over an unpaid $24,000 bill.
