Selectmen approved expending $43,772.40 to purchase a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV and up to $5,000 to outfit it with funds coming from the Fire Department Equipment Reserve Account.

Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance could not be approved due to unmet procedural requirements while $40,000 for liability insurance coverage was not funded after it was determined the expense was part of the already approved sewer department budget.

A public hearing is required before voters can consider approving amendments to the Farmington Zoning Ordinance which would add the definitions and other details for homeless shelters.
