Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation on Marion Avenue hosted its 24th annual Haunted House, Ghost Walk & Trick or Treat on Halloween night. Trick-or-treater Madison Lamere of Oxford and 200 other youngsters visited the center’s residents.
