When the dog went missing Nov. 19 in Greene, his owner was distraught. When word got around on the Citizens of Greene community Facebook page, many locals were distraught right along with him. Then, this week, the dog was spotted 80 miles away.

Vassalboro man arrested on charge of manslaughter in woman’s campfire death
Travis Mitchell, 31, of Vassalboro, was indicted and arrested Thursday in connection with the death of Liza Bragg, 46, who died last year after sustaining fatal burn injuries from a campfire.
