Rumford PD issues parking ban reminder
RUMFORD — Police Chief Stacy Carter is reminding residents that the winter parking ban is now in effect from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly until April 15. Vehicles are prohibited from parking on any street during those hours and violators interfering with snow removal may be fined $15, plus towing costs.
