Wells man held without bail in death of his toddler niece
Andrew Huber Young, 19, who is charged with murder, was ordered to have no contact with his father and brother, who were injured in the shooting at their family home Saturday. He also is barred from contact with the mother of Octavia Huber-Young, the toddler who was shot and killed.

Brothers’ argument over T-shirt led to shooting death of Wells toddler, police say
Police say that Andrew Huber Young, 19, got in a fight with his brother and was kicked out of the family house, only to return hours later with a gun, firing shots that killed Octavia Huber-Young. She would have turned 2 in July.
