Kelsey Rioux of Durham received a bachelor’s degree during commencement ceremonies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, N.Y., on May 17. Rioux, the child of Michael Rioux, majored in economics and environmental studies and received a degree magna cum laude. The graduate studied abroad in London.
