ROXBURY — The Roxbury All-Terrain Vehicle Riders Club will hold its annual Christmas in July toy run Sunday, July 12.
Club President Michael Worthley said Wednesday that participants should meet at the Andover Park N Ride at Grimaldi Field. Registration is from 8 to 10 a.m. and the trail ride leaves at 10 a.m.
Participants that bring a toy or cash donation get to eat free, he said. All others will be charged $5 a meal. There will also be a raffle ride for $5 a ticket. All proceeds from donations and toys will go to the Andover food pantry, Bethel Christmas for families, and Santa’s helpers in Rumford.
Worthley said that when the trail riding group returns to Grimaldi Field, the tickets will be drawn. Half the amount gets split between the three groups while the other half goes to raffle ticket winners.
Last year’s event attracted more than 150 people and 90 ATVs, he said.
