LIVERMORE FALLS – A Chinese auction will be held by the Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens when they met at 1 p.m. Monday at Murray Hall.

Proceeds will benefit the local food bank.

An Easter dinner was served to 59 members and two guests, Pauline Coombs and Cecile Hathaway, April 14.

Drawings were won by Pauline Duguay, Alice DeMoras and Gene Pomerleau. Easter baskets donated by Pauline Duguay and Marilyn DeSoto were won by Joan Lauzier and Lucille Frechette. Gloria Bickford won a bunny donated by Shirley Couture.

Joan Lauzier was welcomed as a new member and welcomed back were Dick Bryant, Joan Knapp and Sybil Bailey.

Mary Groleau led the singing of “The Old Rugged Cross” and a surprise visit was made by the Easter Bunny who handed out candy and prizes.

SeniorsPlus of Wilton will provide the lunch at Murray Hall for the final meeting on May 19.
