BETHEL – Old business tops the agenda for the Planning Board’s 7 p.m. meeting Wednesday, April 23, in the town office.

Planners are slated to continue work on Sunset Hill LLC/Chris Brink’s subdivision application for the Sunset Hill Subdivision at Sunset, Intervale and Bailey roads.

Work also continues on the Jeff Walker, Sherri Tedford and Chris Cordwell site plan application for their Walker Commercial Garage and Three Mobile Homes project on Walker Lane.

New work includes sign applications from Lori Swain for Swain’s Quest Travel at 91 Main St. and Sue and Stan Milton for S.S. Milton Restaurant at 43 Main St.

In other business, planners will discuss land-use planning amendments, a subdivision application checklist and the Wednesday, April 30, work session.

Prior to the meeting, at 6:30 p.m., the Sign Committee will address the two new sign applications with the applicants.
