AUBURN – The Woman’s Literary Union/After Dark Club of Auburn will hold a Mother/Son Social from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at the Foss Mansion, 19 Elm St., Auburn. The theme is “Heroes Around Us” and will feature a firefighter, police officer and an EMT from United Ambulance.

They will bring their trucks, cars, and ambulance and answer any questions as well as read a story to the boys. A snack will be served and each child in attendance will receive a goody bag.

The event is appropriate for ages 2 to 10. Tickets are still available and are $6 for a mother and one son. Each additional son is $1. For more information or to find out how to purchase tickets call Debbie at 784-6492.
