PORTLAND – Phillip M. Stockman, 31, of Mechanic Falls died Monday, April 28, in Portland.
He was born in Portland on Sept. 8, 1971, the son of Phillip M. Tibbetts and Sharon Stockman. He attended schools in Portland and loved movies.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Charles Ackerman of Mechanic Falls; his father of Casco; two half-sisters, Tammy Warrren of Mechanic Falls and Phyllis Strout of Old Orchard Beach; his paternal grandmother, Doris Tibbetts of South Portland; and several aunts and uncles.
