JAY – The Frank L. Mitchell Post 3335, VFW and Auxiliary, will hold a “Support the Troops-USO Night” Saturday, May 3, at the post home.

Featured will be big band tunes with an eight-piece band with vocals by Donna Cook. Included will be both old and new favorites.

Proceeds will benefit “Operation Up Link,” a program that provides prepaid phone cards to hospitalized veterans and active duty members of the military forces.

Through this program, those serving in the military will be able to contact a loved one for a holiday or any special occasion, or just to say, “I love you.”
