1944 – 2003

LEWISTON – John Ellsworth Cox Jr., 58, of Perkins Valley Road, South Woodstock, died Saturday, May 3, at CMMC.

Born in Norway, May 15, 1944, he was the son of John E. and Jennie Silver Cox. On Oct. 12, 1962 he married Carol Kimball. They raised their five children and made their home in South Woodstock. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He will be sadly missed by his wife; sons, Paul Cox and wife, Cindi, John III and Bruce and wife, Trisha; daughters, Michele Marois and husband, Donald and Dee True and husband, Todd and Chester Brown; 16 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and many friends.
