I am writing in regard to the trial and sentencing of Brandon Thongsavanh.
As an individual who doesn’t know this person, only through publicity, I find he was judged on his appearance more than the truth and evidence.
Is it because he came from a family that was underprivileged rather than rich.
I find that right from the beginning he was judged by looks not proof.
I understand the feelings of the McDuffee family’s sadness at the loss of their son, but also for the 58 years that Mr. Thongsavanh’s family will have to endure.
Where is the proof in this case besides hearsay?
