1921 – 2003

AUBURN – Marjorie E. Gould, 82, a resident of 71 Spring St., Auburn, died Saturday afternoon, May 17, at Clover Manor, surrounded by family, following a long illness.

Born in Crystal, Jan. 12, 1921, the daughter of Jerome and Alice (Tucker) Fogg, she had been a resident of Auburn most of her life.

She had been employed many years at Pineland as a nurse caring for patients and then went on to become an in-house caregiver. Prior to retirement she was a foster grandparent with the Auburn Headstart at Washburn School.

Ms. Gould enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved music.

Survivors include her son, Gary L. Gould and his wife, Sheila Sirois of Knoxville, Tenn.; five brothers, Herschel Fogg of Island Falls, Milton Fogg of Patton, Leon Fogg of Portland, Jason Fogg of Auburn and Philip Fogg of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Isabelle Reickers of Vestal, N.Y., and Freda Hunnewell of Auburn; and two grandchildren, Todd and Krista Gould of Knoxville, Tenn.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Geneva Rickards and Hilda Michaud and one brother, Colby Fogg.
