LEEDS – Monmouth ran its record to 3-0 in the Apple Valley Babe Ruth League with a 14-3 victory over Leeds Thursday. Tim Thompson and Scott Ogden combined on a 4-hitter, fanning 7. Ben Seefeldt led the offense with a single, double and 3 RBI. Ogden singled, scored 3 runs and stole 5 bases. Erik Murphy contributed a 2-run single and Shane Kibler had an RBI double.
