I am so sick of this with the smoking rights. I am a smoker and I also have quit for a time. But this is really getting out of hand.

If the state wants to take our rights away, why not alcohol? I hate going into a restaurant and hearing someone who has had one too many getting loud and disgusting. Then this jerk will get behind the wheel of a car.

But I guess that’s OK.

We’re a country that is supposed to be against communism but it sure looks like we’re not too much better.

If I had the money, or could get a loan, how far would I get in opening a place for smokers? Not far. Why? Because someone would be crying that they should have the right to come in.

What’s happened to freedom of choice? Seems to me it’s only for those who choose not to smoke.

We cannot smoke in malls, we cannot smoke in grocery stores, we cannot smoke in restaurants. I think those who don’t smoke have enough places to go to avoid it.

So, yes, I am a very angry American citizen and tired of people saying we have rights. I want to know where they are.

Last time I lit up a cigarette it didn’t affect my ability to drive a car or land my rear end in jail. But, if I go into a grocery store and light up I get treated like a common criminal.
