1965 – 2003

LEWISTON – Dennis “Denny” Dee, 38, of Poland died unexpectedly Sunday, June 15, at C.M.M.C. from injuries suffered after a race car accident.

Born in Winchester, Mass., on April 30, 1965, a son of Jack and Sally Fisher Dee of Auburn. His hobbies included playing pool, golfing, working on his race car #88 and most important of all was taking time to be with family and caring for his dogs.

He was well-known and loved by many close friends of Oxford Plains Speedway where he spent many weekends racing his favorite stock car 88.

He leaves behind his best friend and long time girl friend of 16 years, Brenda Robbins. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Sally Dee of Auburn; also his sisters, Debra Yorke and husband Peter, Susan Berg and husband “little” Ed, Cindy Fournier and husband “big” Ed, Sandy Pelletier and husband Steve, and Stephanie Dee; also three brothers, John, Fred and Charlie Dee; he also leaves behind his daughter, Taylynne; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; he also leaves behind his devoted pit crew, many friends and fans and loved by many. Through organ donations Dennis will live on in the gift of life in several recipients.

He was predeceased by his father, John E. Dee; and brothers Jim and Tom Dee.
