1916 – 2003

LEWISTON – Eileen L. Parsons Campbell, 87, of Auburn, died Sunday, July 6, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center with her family by her side.

She was born in Auburn April 30, 1916, the daughter of Harry and Inez Smith Parsons. She was educated in Auburn schools and had been employed at Peck’s for many years.

She was married to Myron W. Campbell Sr. on Aug. 12, 1935. She lived in the Minot and Auburn area all of her life. She attended the Minot Corner Church. She loved jewelry, shopping, visiting with her family.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Gloria and Arthur Pelletier of Rochester, NH., Jean and Gerald Bourgoin of Lewiston, Myron Jr. and Jane Campbell of Hebron, John Sr. and Jane Campbell of Raymond, Thomas Campbell of Hebron, Ronald and Rose Campbell of Minot; a daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Campbell of Hebron; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Grace Canady of New Bern, N.C.; a brother, George Parsons of Auburn; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband; her parents; a beloved son, Robert W. Campbell Sr.; two sisters, Ione Boclair and Bessie Hodgkins; a brother, Gordon Parsons; and her mother-in-law, Stella Smith.
