LEWISTON – The Lewiston Public Library will host “Music Together,” a music and movement program for newborns and preschoolers, on Monday mornings in August.
The programs will begin at 10 a.m. and be limited to 20 families with children from birth to 4 years.
Tickets may be picked up free at the library starting Monday, July 21.
“Music Together” uses early childhood music curriculum that emphasizes adult involvement. It encourages basic music competence through actual experience of music rather than presentation of concepts or information about music.
Each presentation is expected to last about half an hour.
For more information call the Children’s Room of the Lewiston Public Library at 784-0135, extension 4.
