• A tractor-trailer driven by Otis Fernand, 59, of Quebec, Canada, turned the wrong way on a one-way street and collided with the driver’s side of a vehicle driven by Darla R. Wright, 41, of Lewiston, at 2 p.m. Monday on Lisbon Street. Damage to Wright’s 1993 Plymouth was estimated at $2,000; there was no estimate for the 2000 Mack, driven by Fernand and owned by Les Services Jag Inc.
