In addition to responses from readers, Dave Fowler of Chrysalis Acres, 399 Pownal Road, Freeport, does build two- and four-wheel horse buggies. He does not however, make sulkies and perhaps other readers may be able to assist you here. Sun Spots did not discover the one you recalled and perhaps readers may be able to help you.
