AUBURN – To clarify an accident reported in the police log on Thursday: Vehicles driven by Shawn S. Lemieux, 16, of Auburn, and Patrick M. Conway, 21, of Auburn collided on Court Street after Lemieux pulled onto the street into Conway’s path, according to police. Lemieux had first stopped at a stop sign before proceeding. Police blame bright sunshine for his poor visibility and not seeing Conway.
