• A vehicle driven by Sarah M. Oshman, 21, of Lewiston, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Lori A. Bowen, 37, of Sabattus, while Bowen was stopped in traffic at 7:20 a.m. Monday on Sabattus Street. Damage to Bowen’s 2002 Mercury was estimated at $2,500; to the 1993 Ford, driven by Oshman and owned by Ahmed Noor, $1,800.
