SOUTH PARIS – Brianna Thompson drained the first of her two goals at 18:20 of the first half after converting a feed from Annette Fuller to send Oxford Hills to a 2-0 win over Lewiston in a KVAC field hocey game Saturday.
Thompson added the insurance goal at 24:30 of the second half as the Vikings (3-1-1) put the game out of reach.
Val Seames made three saves to record the shutout. Angie St. Hilaire made three saves for the Blue Devils (1-4)
Winslow 3, Leavitt 0
TURNER – Beth Lafountain fired a shot at 25:06 of the first half to propel Winslow to a 3-0 win over Leavitt in a field hockey match Saturday afternoon in the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference.
Laura Pomerleau and Mallory Finley rounded out the Black Raiders’ (4-0) scoring attack.
Kristin Schrepper made 17 saves in the Hornets’ (4-1) first setback of the season.
Cierra Byrne needed only four saves to record the shutout.
Edward Little 5, Morse 0
BATH- Edward Little’s Gina Gaetanni scored two goals in the second half and assisted on one in the first to direct Edward Little to a 5-0 shutout over Morse Saturday afternoon in the KVAC.
The Eddies’ (6-0) Kathy Harder, Katie Frank and Heather Martineau each added a goal.
Gray-NG 6, Poland 0
GRAY – Dawn Ross scored four goals and assisted on another to lift Gray-New Gloucester to a 6-0 win over Poland in girls’ soccer Saturday.
The Patriots’ Emily Baker and Katie Skillings also scored.
Mallory Wilson stopped eight shots for the shutout. Poland’s Kasey Darnell was credited with 15 stops.

Leavitt 2, Gardiner 0
TURNER – Emily Cage scored a pair of goals to lead Leavitt to a 2-0 victory over Gardiner in KVAC girls’ soccer action Saturday.
Hornet (1-3-1) attackers Allison Kenney and Cage combined to apply a solid dose of offensive pressure. Tiger (0-5) goalie Lindsey Thornton wa forced to make 15 saves. Jordan Beall saw light duty in goal for the Hornets with two saves in the shutout.
Brunswick 5, Mt. Blue 0
FARMINGTON – Molly Elder converted a feed from Deidre Forbes just inside the 10-yard line for the only goal Brunswick would need as the Dragons cruised to a 5-0 win over Mt. Blue in soccer action Saturday.
Lesey Henze added a pair of goals while Megan Clement and Hedi Mills rounded out the Dragons’ (5-0) attack.
McKell Barnes turned back four shots to register the shutout.

SOUTH PARIS – Chelsea Thibeault booted a pair of goals, including the game-winner, with 48 seconds left in the first half to propel Messalonskee to a 3-1 win over Oxford Hills in KVAC soccer action Saturday.
Katlin Watson rounded out the scoring as she converted a feed from Allison Chevers in the second half.
The Vikings’ (2-4) lone goal was scored by Annie Foster on a pass from Heather Hudanish.
