RUMFORD – Community Concepts will sponsor two free parenting courses during October and November. The six-week courses are free.

For parents of teenegers a class will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays starting Oct. 7 at the Community Concepts’ 4 Market Square conference room.

For parents of children ages birth to 12 classes will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays starting Oct. 20 at the Rumford library.
