TOPSHAM – Flying Changes Center for Therapeutic Riding is seeking volunteers for its fall and winter programs.

The center provides services to children and adults of all ages who deal with physical, mental health or cognitive challenges. Experienced people are needed to work as horse leaders as well as for assistance with equine care.

Training is provided for individuals who are interested in learning about and participating in the care of horses. Time commitment is generally about two hours minimum a week, and volunteer help in needed weekdays and weekends.

The center is located on Route 201 approximately 2.5 miles from Mt. Ararat High School. High school students seeking to meet a volunteering requirement are welcome.
