1941 – 2003
LISBON FALLS – Raymond K. Sproul, 62, died Oct. 16, at his home.
He was born April 18, 1941, in Bangor the son of Kenneth and Ethel (Mooney) Sproul.
He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and retired after 23.5 years of service. He loved his cats and gardening. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Karen (Taylor) Sproul, whom he married on Dec. 12, 1975; six children, Daniel Sproul, George Sproul, Angela (Sproul) Delmar, Lizetta Hart, Jennifer Wilkinson, and Robert Chapman; numerous grandchildren; two sister, Carole Brassard and Marilyn Sproul, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
