LEWISTON – For the 10th year, the Kennebec Council and Goodwill Industries of Northern New England will work together Saturday to fill a tractor-trailer with donated goods in what has become an annual “Stuff the Semi” event.

Girl Scouts are collecting clothing, toys and household goods. The donated items will be distributed throughout Goodwill’s stores where they will be sold to help fund programs and services for people with disabilities and other barriers to independence.

Activities will be available for children, along with information about joining a Girl Scout troop.

In Lewiston, collections will be made from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Goodwill’s facility at 618 Main St.
