1920 – 2003

BERTHOUD, Colo. – Mamie B. Chamberlain, 83, formerly of Lewiston, and Worcester, Mass., passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, Oct. 25.

She was born in Lewiston in 1920, the daughter of William and Olive Montigny. She married Edward A. Chamberlain in 1949 at Holy Family Church in Lewiston. She retired from St. Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester where she worked as a dietary aide.

After their retirement, she and Edward moved to Maine. Since Edward’s death in 2001, she has been a resident of Berthoud, Colo.

She is survived by children, Albert D. (Patricia) Chamberlain of Berthoud, Colo., and Marie (Jim) Anderson of Salem, Utah; six grandchildren, Robert, Kelly, and Kate Chamberlain of Colorado, Robert (Jennifer) Anderson, Nathan Anderson, Julie (David) Dunn of Utah; sister, Theresa Montigny Moffatt of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward; and eight of her siblings.
