MEXICO – Oressa Duguay, who will compete in the Miss Teen Pageant in Orlando in December, is putting on a pageant for local youths to fund her trip to Florida. The pageant, open to boys and girls in the 4 to 8 years of age and 9 to 12 range, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Mexico Recreation Center.
