1918 – 2003

LEWISTON – Robert L. Turcotte, 84, of 63 Genest St., died Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion after a short illness.

He was born in Lewiston, Dec. 29, 1918, the son of Alphonse and Louise Rodrigue Turcotte. He was educated in Lewiston schools and served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was the recipient of the Bronze Star.

He was married Oct. 2, 1948 to Germaine E. Cote. He was last employed at Shaw’s Super Market in Lewiston and was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Parish.

He is survived by his wife, Germaine of Lewiston; a son, Leo R. Turcotte and wife Elizabeth of Ivyland, Pa.; and a sister, Mabel Lauze of Lewiston.
