LEWISTON – Senior captain Anthony Silva earned a second-team spot on the New England Small College Athletic Conference men’s soccer All-Conference team Friday afternoon.

Silva started every game at midfield for Bates College and was the team’s third-leading scorer with four goals and three assists. He scored two goals, including the game-winner, for his best outing with the Bobcats (5-8-1) in a 5-1 win over the University of New England.

Silva finished his career with eight goals and five assists for 21 points.
