WEST PARIS – Senior Citizens will hold a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, at the West Paris Baptist Church followed by the meeting and Christmas party. Gifts will be exchanged.

Dress rehearsal

WEST PARIS – The Community Cares Choir will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the West Paris Baptist Church, followed by a dress rehearsal for the Christmas Cantata to be presented at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Perkins Valley Road in Woodstock; 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at the Dixfield Congregational Church; 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at the West Paris Baptist Church followed by a buffet in the dining room. The program is under the direction of Mary Standard.

Grange program

WEST PARIS – Anna Swan, lecturer for the evening at West Paris Grange, presented a Thanksgiving program. The women’s chorus sang Thanksgiving songs, there were poems, quiz and bowling tournament.

Post 151 meets

WEST PARIS – Ring-McKeen Post 151, American Legion and Auxiliary, met at the hall on Maple Street recently to set up its schedule for the year. There wil be no meeting in December. Get well cards were signed for Dorene Wilbur and Roy Fowler.
