TURNER – Nobody was hurt Tuesday when a tractor-trailer slid off Route 4 and flipped over at about 5 p.m.

The wreck tied up traffic as police and emergency crews responded to the area during the early evening commute.

An official at Turner Rescue said they were not called out to the crash scene. Maine State Police were investigating the wreck Tuesday night and could not be reached for further information.

It was not known what the rig was hauling when the driver lost control and crashed.
