1978 – 2003

LEWISTON – Donald Allen Hardy, 25, of Auburn died Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Central Maine Medical Center with his loving family was by his side.

He was born Sept. 7, 1978 in Lewiston, the son of Richard Hardy and Debora Merrill.

He attended school at Franklin Alternative School. He worked at Wal-Mart in the dairy area. He enjoyed collecting Marvel comic figures, comic books, KISS albums, playing video games and watching movies.

He is survived by his mother, Debora; father, Richard; stepmom, Pamela Hodsdon; fiancée, Melissa Ford; three children, Alexander, Adam and Brian Hardy; three brothers, Richard Hardy II, Christopher Merrill and Eric Merrill; two sisters, Angela Blair and Laura Hardy; grandfather, Robert Merrill; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Howard Hardy; and grandmothers, Doris Merrill and Mable Hardy.
