OXFORD – Jim Annis has joined the sales department of Oxford Homes Inc, announced Peter N. Connell, the company’s president and CEO.

Annis is the new business development manager for southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He joins marketing manager Judy Green and sales manager Ryan Paradis. Annis has been a modular home builder and retailer of manufactured housing all his professional life. He has served on many trade association boards and has been involved in civic and business related organizations. Oxford Homes has been manufacturing systems-built modular homes since 1977. It employs 150 and purchases more than 75 percent of its materials from Maine or through suppliers in Maine and New England.
