AUBURN – Goalie Jameson Finch stopped all 15 shots on cage as Auburn Youth Hockey Northeast Plastic Surgery Squirts Travelers blanked Waterville 4-0 Saturday. Dylan Nadeau led the offense with 4 goals. Jordan Haskell and Drew Lupardo added a goal each. Assists went to Cody Russell (2), Even Baggs (2), Chris Tarr, Brenden Giambra and Mariah Mosher.
AYH Millett Realty Mites picked up 2 wins in recent action. Millett edged the Waterville Mites 4-3 as Kara Violette tallied all the goals. Ryan Ratsep drew an assist. Tommy Sturtevant, Aiden Calkins and Ryan Tozier scored for Waterville. Receiving assists were Tozier and Christopher Lee. Dalton Lorenz was the winning goalie. Ben Weeks tended goal for Waterville. . . Auburn also defeated the Damariscotta Bank & Trust Mites 5-0 as Violette again netted all the goals. Dalton Lorenz was credited with an assist. Mitch Lorenz goaled the shutout.
Stephen Hand served as the goaltender for the Damariscotta team.
