LEWISTON – JoAnne D. (Jo) Massey, 63, of 79 Maple St., died Saturday, Dec. 27 at C.M.M.C.
Born in Lewiston, Feb. 9, 1940 a daughter of Gerard and Liane Bertrand Cassista, she graduated from Lewiston High School, class of 1958 and attended Mid-State College for two years.
Mrs. Massey was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul’s Parish and worked in assembly process at Arrow Heart Co. and NEAR. The matriarch of the family, she loved to take care of everyone, shined at gatherings and enjoyed working on her computer. She will be sadly missed by her husband, family and all who knew her.
She is survived by: her husband of 43 years Robert J. Massey of Lewiston; a daughter, Nadine Massey of Lewiston; four sons, Steve, Scott and fiancée Kimberly Evans, Todd and fiancée Gaye Plumadore, and Troy and his wife Candin all of Lewiston; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Diane Miclon of Lewiston.
