It is not very often that a big concert comes to Maine, let alone a Christian one. On Nov. 6, Michael W. Smith, along with Mercy Me, came to perform at the Cumberland Country Civic Center. They arrived to a sold out crowd of six thousand fans, ready to praise God. We found it to be very refreshing to see so many Christians come together as one. Although it was awesome seeing these famous artists, it was not all about them. They directed all the honor to the one who makes what they do possible. We just hope that more Christian artists will put Maine into their tour schedule.
