CHESTERVILLE – The Chesterville Grange will offer a public baked bean supper from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at the grange hall. The menu includes beans, chop suey, casseroles, salads, biscuits and homemade pie.
Prices will be adults, $6; children, $3.
King service
FARMINGTON – The Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry will host its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Memorial Service starting at noon Monday, Jan. 19, at Trinity United Methodist Church on Route 2 East. Meeting set
TEMPLE – The Franklin County Firemen’s Association will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at the Temple Town Hall. County firefighters, guests and interested people are invited to attend. The regular business meeting will be followed by the guest speaker, refreshments and a drawing for door prizes. Representation from all departments is requested.
