AUBURN – Auburn Servpro Squirts went 1-0-1 against the Winslow over the weekend. Auburn won the first game 6-2 as Ian Durgin scored a pair of goals. Adam Healy, Logan Pushard, Travis Hemond and Travis Landry also lit the lamp.
The two clubs battled to a 1-1 tie in the return match in Auburn. Landry collected the lone Auburn goal. Jacob Cain scored for Winslow.
Auburn Peewees blanked Gray-New Gloucester 12-0 Saturday. Eric Wistuskie and Matt Reed scored 4 goals each. Also denting the twines were Elizabeth Barclay, Ethan Ward, Matt Cote and Josh Prue. Assists were made by Ward, Lapierre, Ferland, Prue, Reed, Cote, Gagne and Russell (2). Cody Violette had the shutout.
Lee Auto Mall Squirts went 1-1 in weekend action. Lee blanked Midcoast 5-0 behind the goaltending of Brady Lare. Jordan Rouillard and Jared Pelletier each potted 2 goals. Josh Chouinard tallied the odd one. Credited with assists were Brandon Darling, Lauren Ratsep and Elijah Lamothe. . . Lewiston beat Lee 4-2 as Matt Bowen notched a hat trick. Brett Vallee also scored. Assists went to Eric Soucy (2), Luke Olehowski and Ivan Ramirez. Lee goals were scored by Lamothe, with assists going to Lare and Chouinard. Rouillard tended goal.
