AUBURN – The third annual Louisiana-style Mardi Gras Seniors Brunch Buffet will be held on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the Schooner Retirement Community.
Schooner’s executive chef, Michael Morton, last year’s Judges’ Choice award winner at the Greater Portland Chili and Chowder Challenge, is already putting together an authentic Emeril Lagasse, Cajun-style menu for the feast.
The celebration will also include live music, decorations and beads.
Seating times will be at 11 a.m., 12:15 and 1:30 p.m. Seating is limited so reservations are required by Wednesday Feb.18. Cost is $8 a person.
