1925 – 2004
MANCHESTER, Conn. – Yvette LaChance Grivois, formerly of Lewiston, died Friday, Jan. 30, at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Born at St. Robert Bellarmin, Beauce P.Q., Canada, Sept. 5, 1925, to Joseph LaChance and Obilia Nadeau, she was a loving and devoted wife of 50 years to Alphonse Grivois, who predeceased her in July 2002.
She is survived by numerous nephews and nieces, both in Canada and the U.S.A. The last year of her life was highlighted by the coming of her special Angel, her grandniece, Piper Rose Everitt whom she loved very much. She will be missed by all those who loved her.
She was also predeceased by her five brothers, Armand, Leo, Denis, Donat and Gaetan; and her three sisters, Juliette, Lucille and Hughette. (There is now a great rejoicing in heaven now that she has joined them).
