LEWISTON – The Lewiston Pee Wee Pirates and the Lewiston Eagles skated to a 4-4 tie in recent youth hockey action. Cam Obie netted 2 goals for the Pirates. Brian Lagasse and Pat Collins added 1 each. Lagasse also received 2 assists. Logan Van Vlack was solid in net. Tyler Robitaille potted 2 goals for the Eagles. RJ Richardson and Courtney Dumont also lit the lamp.

The L-A Squirts Bears knocked off the L-A Eagles 9-3 as Chris Rancourt collected a hat trick. Tanner Hubbard and Luke Olehowski scored 2 goals each. Bobby St. Hilaire and Matt Bowen also scored. Assists went to Eric Soucy, Bowen, Hubbard and Brett Vallee. Brady Ouellette was the winning goalie. Neal Burgess tallied 2 goals for the Bears. Justin grant netted the other. Burgess, Grant and Travor Shepard drew assists. Nick Allen tended goal.

Auburn Youth League

AUBURN – The Auburn Peewees beat Western Maine Peewees 6-1 Sunday. Elizabeth Barclay netted 2 goals. Adding 1 apiece were Wistuskie, Reed, Cote and Ward. Credited with helpers were Reed, Ward, Cote, Daigle and Wisutskie. Kameron Arnold scored the lone Western goal against goalie Jacob Lapierere.

Auburn Servpro Squirts edged the Lewiston Eagles 6-5 Saturday as Isaac Reed registered a hat trick. Other scorers were Ian Durgin, Allan Nelson and Travis Landry. Assists went to Landry, Pushard, Poisson, Nelson, Travis Hemond and Healy. Neal Burgess and Justin grant each potted 2 goals for Lewiston. Jimmy Stewart collected the other. Burgess had 2 assists.
